The Seatopian guardian is brought to life by Marusan, using their 2006 sculpt, as part of their "Sky Blue" series that has been featured at events from Haneda Airport to the Tokyu Hands Shibuya store. This particular item was featured, alongside a 450 Series Antlar, at the latter location as part of the Showa Soft Vinyl: Marusan/Bullmark Summer event. It's a beautiful sky blue vinyl with red, green, and gold spray - giving it a classic '60s sofubi look.
