When you think of Mark Nagata's Max Toy Company, the first thing that comes to mind is his Captain Maxx line, named after his son, Max. The Ultraman-esque henshin hero has an endless rogues gallery of original kaiju and tons of his own colorway variants; but this is from an early wave of releases back in 2006. The 9" figure is a total homage to the tokusatsu toys of yesteryear, complete with removable mask to reveal Maxx's face! This variant is molded in a light gray vinyl with red, yellow, and blue paint.
